kno87 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation within 72 hours of our request may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. To access kno87 Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be suspended until verification is completed. Withdrawals are not permitted from unverified Accounts.
You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.
kno87 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits may be available for VIP members. You may set personal deposit limits through your Account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. kno87 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed). Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, Rp 200.000.000 per day. VIP members enjoy higher limits.
Verified Accounts receive withdrawals within 5 minutes during standard processing hours (24/7). Unverified Accounts may experience delays up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional security checks. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your KYC documents.
Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount or combined deposit and bonus amount. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, your bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposit and winnings from non-bonus funds remain withdrawable.
All bets are subject to acceptance by kno87. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed in your Account history, it is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled or modified unless there is an obvious error.
Sports bets are settled based on official results announced by the respective league, federation, or governing body. If a match is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific sport's rules. Live in-play betting odds update in real-time and acceptance depends on latency and current match status.
All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or physical dealing processes audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a proven technical malfunction.

kno87 strives to provide uninterrupted service 24/7, but we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, server failures, network outages, DDoS attacks, or events beyond our reasonable control.
kno87 integrates games and services from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others. We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party software. Claims related to third-party games should be directed to the respective provider.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and kno87 is not liable for any losses you incur while using our Services. You gamble at your own risk and are solely responsible for managing your bankroll and gambling behavior.
In no event shall kno87's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action including breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements may be subject to bonus forfeiture rules.
kno87 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we suspect or detect any violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited activities. Upon termination, we may withhold funds pending investigation and may refuse to refund deposits if illegal activity is confirmed.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant Accounts may be charged an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month. We will notify you via email before applying dormancy fees. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which kno87 operates under license. You agree that your use of kno87 Services is subject to these governing laws.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of kno87 Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our disputes resolution team.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal channels shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against kno87.
